Our Pastor & First Lady
Pastor and Sister Franco are the proud of two amazing children, mentor and has been a pastor and guide to many. For 10 years, Pastor Edgar Franco served as Lead Pastor of Burlington United Pentecostal Church in Ontario Canada.
In January of 2011 he transitioned into the City of Burlington, while taking a full time job as an Administrator. His ministry has been marked with excellence and honor. He currently serves as a Spanish Ministry Coordinator to the UPC Ontario District.

What to expect?
Is there Covid Safety Guidelines?
Upon your arrival, we will take your temperature and offer hand sanitizer, gloves, and face masks as needed. We kindly ask that your face covering remains on when you are not seated. Certain seats will be marked as unavailable to encourage a safe distance between guests. We choose faith over fear, and we believe that our God can keep every guest safe.
Do I Need to Register for Service?
To attend any church service at the BUPC, there is no registration needed. You can attend with or without a prior notice. However we encourage everyone to fill up our reserve a seat form [click here], and to please follow covid safety guidelines. We are excited to have you worshipping with us. Come ready to experience your miracle!
When are services?
Sunday worship service starts at 2 pm, and Wednesday night Bible study begins at 7:30 pm every week! Services commence with prayer and worship; however, they are not limited to a specific agenda. We simply allow the Holy Spirit to lead us in every aspect of a service. Come with an open heart, expecting a message from the Lord!
Is there music?
A time of giving praise and worship to God will be accompanied by singing and music. We are not ashamed to praise God according to how the Bible teaches, and we encourage you to join with us in thanking God for what He has done.
What About My Children?
Special accommodation will be provided for toddlers and young children. We are willing to provide you with the needed environment for both you and your children to experience God’s power.
